Location: Mississauga
Eske holds a Master’s in Counselling and is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
Prior to joining Connect Cognitive Therapy, Eske lived and worked in Asia for over a decade. She honed her warm and culturally sensitive therapeutic style through her experience working in a private practice in Singapore and her training at a drug and alcohol rehab facility in Thailand. She tailors her approach to the unique needs of each client, drawing on evidence-based and trauma-informed modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Efficacy Therapy (EET), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Image Transformation Therapy (ImTT). Eske offers sessions in both English and German.
Before discovering her passion for counselling, Eske trained as an economist and worked in the corporate sector, giving her firsthand insight into the stress and pressure that environment can bring. She has experience supporting adults and older teens with concerns such as anxiety, depression, self-criticism, low self-esteem, perfectionism, substance use, relationship difficulties, identity issues, and major life transitions. Known for her genuine and approachable style, Eske creates a safe and welcoming space where clients feel truly heard, seen, and empowered.
